Nice and friendly set up of 15 people from everywhere in Europe. Almost everyone was motivated to study and some of them step by step managed to get quite high in their usage of the Czech language. Level was complete beginners so the plan was clear. At that time the book Czech Step by Step was being used and it was quite enough for the group. (Basics of Phrases, vocabs, verbs and tenses.) The motivation for some of the people was work or friends, some decided to settle here in the Czech Republic. For me it was a good experience of managing a big group and fulfilling individual needs of students. The strenght of the motivation and learning ability of the individual students very soon diversified their skills even on the A1 level so it made me to think more about the form of tutoring ( working in pairs versus groupworks, leveling amount of the homeworks, testing etc.) which was an interesting experience of the beginner teacher.
